I hope everyone’s having a fabulous day! I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how we can maintain our natural hairstyles after those sweaty workout sessions. You know, keeping it real, exercise is a part of our routine, but the struggle of preserving our hair is too!
Personally, I’ve found a few tricks that work wonders for me, and I’d love to hear what works for you too! Here’s what I’ve been doing:

Pre-Workout Prep: Before hitting the gym, I like to loosely twist my hair or put it in a pineapple. It keeps my curls intact and minimizes frizz. What about you? Do you have a go-to style for workouts?
